EPMS for Time Matters Services by Basha

The Basha Systems Estate Planning Management System ("EPMS") is designed as a plug and play solution. We don't give you a setup guide. We install the program for you. Instead of a dull manual, we give you live training classes. If you have problems, we give you live telephone support with remote desktop assistance. If you like what we have done with EPMS and want us to do more for you firm, with Time Matters and HotDocs, we can do that as well.

Services Included with the Purchase

When you purchase EPMS, you are purchasing an Estate Planning solution that is both highly customized and "ready to use". Include with your purchase price are the following services:

  • Full, pre-install database backup.
  • Remote desktop installation of the EPMS feature package.
  • Configuration of a model "user" account, "WTP" whose settings can, at your discretion be transferred to your existing user accounts.
  • Post-installation training class which includes a complete walk-through of the system, from initial client intake, through entry of party data, links to WTP, marketing, and use of supplemental data records
  • On-going Webinars on usage of the EPMS System will be available for members.

Additional Services

EPMS will transform your Time Matters® database overnight. It will start you on your path to greater productivity, and give you the tools. For many users of LexisNexis® Front Office powered by Time Matters®, that may be enough. You may already have regular database maintenance plans in place. Your staff may already be adequately training in how to manage their calendars, bill their time, and track their tasks. You may have staff familiar with conducting advanced searches, running change record templates, and handling version updates.

For the rest of you, Basha Systems offers the following consulting services:

  • Training in developing "change record templates" to move data from fields in your existing contact and matter records that conflict with fields in EPMS.
  • Assistance in making modification to the "Reserved for Firm" fields on EPMS form styles.
  • Customized training curriculums on any aspect of Time Matters or HotDocs
  • Discounts on version upgrades and additional licenses for Time Matters and HotDocs, as well as assistance on installing the upgrades and migrating your data to the new system.
  • Development of letterhead templates for use in marketing, as well as customization of formatable clipboards to suit your firm's particular requirements.
  • Anything else that you can think of.

These additional services will be offered on a "pre-paid" consulting basis. Basha Systems will help you identify your needs and choose the right package for you.
