The changes and best practices are now incorporated in the Basha Systems Estate Planning Management System ("EPMS").

EPMS is a system unlike any other system out there:

• EPMS is designed, from the ground up, to meet the needs of "estate planners". It is not a plain vanilla system that can only be adapted after weeks of training and customization. From the moment the feature package is imported and configured, you are ready to go.
• EPMS links to Wealth Transfer Planning. This is not a simple link that lets you just get names and addresses of parties. This link includes hundreds of data entry fields, client and spouse preferences, details on children and related parties, information on trustees and executors. The link works because we built both ends of the link: the EPMS feature package in Time Matters and the data import link in Wealth Transfer Planning.
• EPMS features are never more than a few clicks away. Through use of Triggers and Custom Power Views, we can assure you that you will find your information faster and be able to enter it faster and with more certainty.
• EPMS does NOT change any DEFAULT form styles. This is critically important when implementing a feature package on an existing Time Matters installation. This means, you can keep your existing client and matter data where it is, and use the EPMS form styles for the NEW clients and matters, and new information.

And Basha Systems LLC as a developer and software vendor is unlike any other vendor:

• Your purchase price includes FREE installation. Basha Systems does not send you a disk or give you a web address to download your product. Basha Systems will connect to your network, transfer the files, conduct a full system backup of your database, and then bring in the feature package and configure it.
