Integration with ILS's Lifetime Estate Plan Management System
The genesis of "EPMS" was to build a tool to link Time Matters and Wealth Transfer Planning. The system has grown beyond that initial mission statement. But the core of the system, and the reason many firms will buy this product is to gain greater efficiencies in entering client data in WTP by being able to pull this information from Time Matters.
- Client Record. With EPMS, you can import the name (including alias and other prefixes and suffix), address, contact information, gender, citizenship, net-worth, domicile, marital status, and estate planning preferences from Time Matters into WTP's Client dialog.
- Spouse Record. EPMS has a separate dialog for the Spouse, and so EPMS has a separate contact record for the Spouse. With EPMS, you can import the name of the spouse (including alias and other prefixes and suffix), address, contact information, gender, citizenship, net-worth, domicile, marital status, and estate planning preferences from Time Matters into WTP's Spouse dialog.
- Child Records. EPMS has a separate dialog for each child, and so EPMS has a separate contact record each child. With EPMS, you can import the name of the child, including the child's address (if they live separately) and a number of other special facts about each child, into WTP's Child dialog.
- Party Records. EPMS has a separate dialog for each party that is used to form the global party list that is used for designating Trustees, Executors, Beneficiaries, Agents, etc.. So EPMS has a separate contact record each party, both contacts and family relations. With EPMS, you can import the name of the contact, including the contact's address (if they live separately) and a number of other special facts about each contact, into WTP's Party dialog.
Integration with Other HotDocs Templates
Your firm may have built or purchased other templates which sit in their own "data island." If, in reviewing EPMS, you discover that these templates require much of the information you have already entered into Time Matters, then Basha Systems can help you build a bridge. We can add HotDocs template extensions to your Time Matters database. Or, we can modify (or build a new) component file that can have look-ups to Time Matters and designate the appropriate field matching to make it work smoothly and efficiently. Integration with Billing Systems
Linking to billing systems is one of the strengths of Time Matters out of the box. We can set up triggers so that you don't forget to bill, so that as you complete a task, a billing slip is generated automatically.

The more names and addresses you enter in Time Matters, the more effective it becomes as a profit-making engine. By applying classifications to you marketing campaign on each contact record, you can generate instant mailing list, labels and email lists.
