The Basha Systems Estate Plan Management System ("EPMS") is a feature package for Time MattersŪ. As such, it cannot be purchased or run independent of a proper installation of Time MattersŪ. If you don't yet have Time Matters, or the recommended version of Time Matters, also known as LexisNexis Front Office powered by Time Matters, contact us and we can arrange for your purchase or upgrade.
Installations of Time Matters Professional
EPMS will run on Time Matters Professional or Time Matters/Billing Matters Professional. You will not be able to run it on a Billing Matters installation that lacks full Time Matters features. You will need at minimum to have the Time Matters 8.0 with the latest service releases. We also have a version that will run on LexisNexis Front Office 9.0 powered by Time Matters which came out in early October, 2007.
Installations of Time Matters Enterprise
EPMS will run on Time Matters Enterprise or Time Matters/Billing Matters Enterprise. You will not be able to run it on a Billing Matters installation that lacks full Time Matters features. You will need at minimum to have the Time Matters 8.0 with the latest service releases. We also have a version that will run on LexisNexis Front Office 9.0 powered by Time Matters which came out in early October, 2007.
Installations of Wealth Transfer Planning
EPMS does not require an installation of Interactive Legal System's Wealth Transfer Planning. It will allow you to manage your estate plans and conduct law firm marketing without WTP. However, one of the key benefits of EPMS is the link to WTP: the ability to enter data in Time Matters and import it into your WTP client interview. Your WTP can be single or multi-user. Basha Systems, during the installation will check for WTP, and if present, activate the HotDocs integration.
Hardware Requirements
The hardware requirements are the same as those for installation of Time Matters (Professional and Enterprise respectively). If
